50 Companies Making Their Move Forward

50 Companies

India’s business landscape is entering a phase where ambition is translating into action.

Across industries, companies are investing in new ideas, expanding capabilities, entering new markets and building businesses around changing consumer and industry needs. Product development, technology, manufacturing, distribution and innovation are creating new avenues for growth often in categories that are undergoing significant change themselves.

This list brings together 50 companies that are making meaningful moves forward across their respective businesses. The selection covers a wide range of sectors and business models, from consumer brands and technology companies to manufacturers, startups, B2B businesses and emerging category players.

The focus is not simply on how large a company is today, but on what it is building, changing or expanding next.

Some are introducing new products. Some are strengthening their manufacturing capabilities. Others are expanding their reach, entering adjacent categories, developing new technologies or creating entirely new ways of serving their markets.

Together, these moves offer a snapshot of how Indian businesses are evolving, where opportunities are emerging and how companies are preparing for their next phase of growth.

1. SNITCH

Category: Fashion & Menswear
Founder: Siddharth Dungarwal

Snitch

Snitch is an Indian menswear brand focused on contemporary clothing for consumers who want trend-led styles without the complexity of traditional fashion retail. Founded by Siddharth Dungarwal, the brand began as a digital-first business and has since expanded its presence across online and offline channels.

Its product range spans shirts, T-shirts, trousers, jeans, co-ord sets, jackets and other everyday menswear, with an emphasis on frequently refreshed designs. Snitch’s approach is built around understanding changing fashion preferences and bringing new styles to customers at a faster pace than conventional apparel businesses.

The brand has also been building a stronger physical retail network alongside its online business. This omnichannel strategy allows Snitch to combine digital discovery with in-store shopping, giving customers multiple ways to interact with the brand while expanding its reach across Indian markets.

A key part of Snitch’s proposition is its ability to respond quickly to emerging trends. Frequent product introductions help it maintain a fresh assortment and encourage customers to return regularly to discover new styles. This model has helped the company establish a distinct position within India’s rapidly evolving menswear market.

As Snitch enters its next stage of growth, its focus is increasingly moving towards scale. Expanding stores, widening its product portfolio and strengthening its ability to deliver new fashion quickly are central to its ambitions. Rather than remaining an online fashion label, Snitch is building a broader menswear business designed to compete across India’s growing fashion retail landscape.

2. AGNIKUL COSMOS

Category: Space Technology & Launch Vehicles
Founder: Srinath Ravichandran, Moin SPM and Satyanarayanan Chakravarthy

Agnikul Cosmos is an Indian space technology company developing orbital-class launch vehicles for the growing small-satellite market. Founded in Chennai and incubated at IIT Madras, the company is building a launch system designed around flexibility, faster mission preparation and customised access to low Earth orbit.

At the centre of Agnikul’s technology is its Agnilet engine, a single-piece, 3D-printed semi-cryogenic rocket engine developed and manufactured in-house. The company has extended this approach beyond propulsion, developing its own avionics, autopilot and other launch-vehicle systems. Its flagship Agnibaan is designed as a configurable orbital launch vehicle capable of carrying small satellites to low Earth orbit, allowing different vehicle configurations to be adapted to mission requirements.

A major milestone came in May 2024, when Agnikul successfully launched Agnibaan SOrTeD, its sub-orbital technology demonstrator, from Agnikul Launchpad-01 at Sriharikota. The mission demonstrated several technologies, including its 3D-printed engine and private launch infrastructure.

The company is now moving from technology demonstration towards orbital operations. In May 2026, Agnikul successfully tested a four-engine cluster, an important step in demonstrating that its propulsion architecture can scale to the requirements of an orbital vehicle. Its stated mission schedule includes orbital launches in 2027, with configurations designed for payloads of up to 100 kg and 300 kg.

With its manufacturing capabilities, private launch infrastructure and configurable rocket architecture, Agnikul is positioning itself as a company focused not simply on building rockets, but on making dedicated small-satellite launches more flexible and accessible.

3. THE WHOLE TRUTH

Category: Food & Nutrition
Founder: Shashank Mehta and Rachna Aggarwal

The Whole Truth is an Indian food and nutrition brand built around a straightforward idea: consumers should know exactly what goes into the food they buy. Founded in 2019, the company focuses on clean-label products where ingredients are clearly disclosed rather than hidden behind complicated packaging claims. Its portfolio includes protein bars, protein powders, peanut butters, chocolates, muesli and other nutrition-focused foods.

The brand was founded by Shashank Mehta, with Rachna Aggarwal leading product development. Its approach is centred on ingredient transparency, with the company making the composition of its products a visible part of the brand experience. This positioning has helped The Whole Truth build a distinct identity in India’s increasingly health-conscious packaged food market.

Rather than limiting itself to one nutrition category, the company has steadily expanded its product range. Its move into super-light protein powders, for instance, broadens the appeal of protein consumption beyond traditional fitness audiences and brings the category closer to everyday consumers.

The company’s next phase is focused on building the infrastructure required for larger-scale growth. In February 2026, The Whole Truth raised $51 million in Series D funding, with the company directing capital towards expanding its in-house manufacturing capacity, working capital and systems required for long-term public-market readiness. It is also planning further category launches and deeper relationships with consumers.

With its combination of transparent formulations, expanding nutrition portfolio and greater control over manufacturing, The Whole Truth is moving from being a distinctive clean-label food brand towards becoming a broader Indian nutrition company. Its ability to maintain product quality and transparency while scaling will define its next chapter.

4. JAR

Category: Fintech & WealthTech
Founder: Nishchay AG and Misbah Ashraf

Jar is an Indian fintech platform built to make saving and investing simpler for everyday consumers. Founded by Nishchay AG and Misbah Ashraf, the Bengaluru-based company began with a focus on helping users turn small, regular amounts into a structured savings habit through digital gold.

The platform is designed around automation. Users can set aside small amounts at regular intervals, allowing saving to become part of their everyday financial routine rather than an occasional activity. This approach has helped Jar appeal particularly to younger and first-time investors who may find traditional investment products difficult to understand or access.

Digital gold remains central to Jar’s offering, but the company has been expanding its financial ecosystem beyond a single savings product. Users can manage their accumulated gold through the platform and access additional services around gold purchases, gifting and jewellery. The broader objective is to create a simple entry point into formal wealth creation while keeping the user experience familiar and accessible.

Jar’s growth has also been driven by its reach beyond India’s largest cities. Its product is designed for a mobile-first audience across different income groups and geographies, helping bring digital saving and investment products to consumers in smaller cities and towns.

The company’s direction reflects a larger opportunity in India’s fintech market: moving from transaction-based financial apps towards products that encourage long-term financial habits. By combining automated savings, digital gold and an expanding range of financial services, Jar is building a platform around everyday wealth creation rather than simply another investment product. Its ability to deepen user engagement while broadening its financial offerings will be central to its next phase of growth.

5. ULTRAVIOLETTE

Category: Electric Mobility & Automotive Technology
Founder: Narayan Subramaniam and Niraj Rajmohan

Ultraviolette is an Indian electric mobility company focused on building high-performance electric motorcycles and technology platforms for the next generation of riders. Founded in 2016 by Narayan Subramaniam and Niraj Rajmohan, the Bengaluru-based company has taken a performance-led approach to electric mobility, combining automotive engineering with influences from aviation, software and advanced battery technology.

In 2026, it also showcased AI-enabled voice interaction and a 100V scooter architecture, signalling its intent to bring more software and advanced electrical technology into its vehicles.

With a growing product portfolio, international expansion and continued investment in its EV platforms, Ultraviolette is evolving from a performance-focused electric motorcycle startup into a broader electric mobility technology company. Its next phase will be defined by how effectively it can scale its products while maintaining the engineering and performance identity that differentiates the brand.

6. FOXTALE

Category: Beauty & Skincare
Founder: Romita Mazumdar

Foxtale is an Indian skincare brand founded by Romita Mazumdar with a focus on effective, science-led products developed around the skincare concerns of Indian consumers. Before launching the brand, Mazumdar spoke with more than 3,000 women to understand their everyday skincare challenges, helping shape Foxtale’s approach to product development.

Founded in 2021, Foxtale built its early presence as a digital-first brand, offering products across categories including cleansers, serums, moisturisers, sunscreens and face masks. Its product philosophy centres on combining active ingredients, consumer feedback and practical formulations rather than building complicated skincare routines.

The brand has grown by positioning skincare around specific concerns and measurable outcomes. Its portfolio is designed for consumers looking for accessible products that fit into everyday routines, while its direct relationship with customers allows the company to gather feedback and refine its offerings.

Foxtale’s expansion has increasingly moved beyond being a single skincare brand. In 2025, it entered the bodycare category with Hula Hoop by Foxtale, marking a broader move towards building multiple beauty brands around its product development and research capabilities. The company is also strengthening its retail and distribution presence alongside its digital business.

Another important step came through a strategic partnership with Japanese beauty company KOSÉ, which invested in Foxtale and agreed to collaborate on product formulation and development.

With skincare at its core and new opportunities across beauty and personal care, Foxtale is building towards a larger consumer brand ecosystem. Its focus on product efficacy, consumer insight and category expansion gives the company a clear path beyond its original D2C skincare proposition.

7. ZETWERK

Category: Manufacturing & B2B Technology
Founder: Amrit Acharya, Srinath Ramakkrushnan, Rahul Sharma and Vishal Chaudhary

Zetwerk is an Indian B2B manufacturing company that connects businesses with manufacturing partners through a technology-enabled platform. Founded in 2018, the company helps enterprises source, produce and manage a wide range of industrial products while bringing greater visibility and coordination to a traditionally fragmented manufacturing ecosystem.

Its platform works across categories including electrical and electronics, consumer products, automotive components, renewables, heavy engineering and other industrial goods. Instead of operating as a conventional manufacturer focused on a single product line, Zetwerk coordinates manufacturing capacity across a network of suppliers and supports businesses through processes such as sourcing, quality control, production and delivery.

A key part of Zetwerk’s growth has been its move towards more complex and higher-value manufacturing. The company has expanded its capabilities beyond basic contract manufacturing into areas where businesses require greater engineering involvement, product development and quality control. This gives Zetwerk an opportunity to participate earlier in the manufacturing process and capture more value from each engagement.

The company is also building capabilities that support India’s broader manufacturing ambitions. Its technology platform helps businesses manage fragmented supply chains while its growing manufacturing network gives customers access to specialised production capacity without having to build every capability themselves.

Zetwerk’s forward movement is increasingly centred on becoming a deeper manufacturing partner rather than simply a marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers. Its expansion into design-led manufacturing, advanced industrial categories and global supply opportunities reflects an ambition to build an integrated manufacturing platform from India. As companies increasingly look for reliable, scalable and diversified manufacturing partners, Zetwerk is positioning itself to play a larger role in how products are designed, produced and supplied.

8. THE 8TH ARCHER

Category: Branding, Design & Strategy
Founders: Supriya Narayanan and Dr. Radhika Narayanan

The 8th Archer is a Mumbai-based global branding, design and strategy studio that helps businesses build new brands, reposition established ones and prepare for their next stage of growth. Its work is centred on the belief that strong brands need to create a meaningful connection with the people they are built for, going beyond visual distinction or strategic positioning.

The studio works across brand strategy, research, positioning, rebranding, naming, visual identity, packaging and brand experiences. Rather than treating strategy and creative execution as separate disciplines, The 8th Archer brings them together to define what a brand should stand for, how it can differentiate itself and how that thinking should translate into its identity and communication.

For emerging businesses, the studio helps turn ideas into brands that are easier to understand, recognise and believe in. For established companies, its work focuses on evolving positioning and identity while retaining the recognition, heritage and trust that have already been built.

The 8th Archer is also developing a cross-market and Market Readiness practice, with an emerging focus on India and South Korea. This work helps businesses entering new markets understand which elements of their brand should remain consistent, what needs to be adapted and how the brand can become relevant to a different cultural and consumer environment.

As businesses adopt new technologies and move faster, The 8th Archer places continued emphasis on the human side of branding. Its approach is rooted in creating brands that can earn recognition and trust, while building stronger connections with the people they seek to serve.

9. NESTASIA

Category: Home & Lifestyle
Founder: Aditi Murarka and Anurag Agrawal

Nestasia is an Indian home and lifestyle brand offering products designed to bring colour, personality and functionality into everyday living spaces. Founded by Aditi Murarka and Anurag Agrawal, the brand began as a digital-first business and has grown into an omnichannel home retailer with a broad portfolio spanning home décor, kitchenware, dining, furniture, furnishings and lifestyle products.

The brand’s proposition is built around making home shopping more expressive and accessible, with collections that range from everyday essentials to decorative pieces. Its assortment brings together different styles, materials and aesthetics, allowing customers to create spaces that reflect individual tastes rather than following a single design language.

Nestasia has steadily expanded beyond its original online presence, using physical stores to strengthen customer engagement and build a larger retail footprint. This omnichannel strategy has become an important part of its growth as Indian consumers increasingly discover home and lifestyle products online but also value the experience of seeing and evaluating them in person.

The company’s expansion is also reflected in its growing product universe. Alongside its established home categories, Nestasia has been moving into adjacent lifestyle segments, giving customers more reasons to engage with the brand across different aspects of their homes and everyday lives.

Its next phase is centred on expanding its reach while building a larger lifestyle proposition. With increasing retail presence, a wider assortment and continued focus on design-led products, Nestasia is positioning itself as more than an online home décor destination. It is building a broader Indian home and lifestyle brand that can participate in the changing way consumers shop for, furnish and personalise their homes.

10. SARVAM AI

Category: Artificial Intelligence & Sovereign AI
Founder: Vivek Raghavan and Pratyush Kumar

Sarvam AI is an Indian artificial intelligence company building a full-stack AI platform focused on India’s languages, businesses and public infrastructure. Founded in August 2023 by Vivek Raghavan and Pratyush Kumar, the Bengaluru-based company is developing foundational AI models, voice and language technologies, enterprise applications and infrastructure designed to operate at India’s scale.

The company’s approach is centred on building AI within India, with an emphasis on models that can understand the country’s linguistic diversity and support practical use cases. Its technology portfolio includes speech-to-text, text-to-speech, translation, document intelligence, conversational agents, coding tools and other AI applications for enterprises, developers and government institutions.

Its growth entered a new phase in June 2026, when Sarvam raised $234 million in the first close of a $300 million Series B round at a $1.5 billion post-money valuation. The capital is being directed towards frontier AI research, greater computing capacity and the development of models for agentic AI, coding and cybersecurity.

Sarvam is also moving deeper into real-world enterprise and institutional applications. Its expanding portfolio now covers voice, documents, workflows and AI agents, reflecting a broader ambition to move beyond language models into complete AI systems.

With India emerging as one of the world’s largest markets for AI adoption, Sarvam is positioning itself around a distinctly Indian opportunity: building advanced AI that understands the country’s languages, operates within its infrastructure and can be deployed across businesses, government and everyday applications.

11. BATTERY SMART

Category: EV Battery Swapping & Electric Mobility Infrastructure
Founder: Pulkit Khurana and Siddharth Sikka

Battery Smart is an Indian electric mobility infrastructure company building a battery-swapping network for electric two- and three-wheelers. Founded by Pulkit Khurana and Siddharth Sikka, the company addresses one of the key challenges facing commercial EV adoption: the time and infrastructure required to recharge a vehicle.

Instead of waiting for a battery to charge, drivers using Battery Smart’s network can exchange a depleted battery for a charged one at a swapping station. The model is particularly relevant for high-utilisation vehicles such as electric rickshaws and delivery vehicles, where reducing downtime can directly improve daily earnings and operational efficiency.

The company operates through a network of swapping stations positioned close to the routes and neighbourhoods used by its customers. Its technology connects vehicles, batteries and stations, helping manage battery availability, usage and charging across the network. This creates an infrastructure model designed around convenience and utilisation rather than conventional charging alone.

Battery Smart has focused strongly on India’s commercial electric mobility segment, where drivers often need vehicles to remain operational for long periods. By making battery swapping a practical part of their daily routine, the company is helping lower one of the barriers to switching from internal-combustion vehicles to electric alternatives.

Its growth also reflects a broader opportunity in India’s EV ecosystem: infrastructure does not have to be limited to charging stations. Battery swapping can offer a faster energy replenishment model for specific vehicle categories and use cases.

As electric mobility expands across Indian cities, Battery Smart is building the network layer that can support that transition. Its ability to expand station density, serve more commercial EV users and make swapping increasingly convenient will determine how far its infrastructure model can scale.

12. HOUSE OF CHIKANKARI

Category: Fashion & Indian Craft
Founder: Aakriti Rawal and Poonam Rawal

House of Chikankari is an Indian fashion brand built around the preservation and contemporary revival of Lucknow’s traditional Chikankari embroidery. Founded in 2020 by mother-daughter duo Aakriti Rawal and Poonam Rawal, the brand was created with the aim of connecting skilled artisans with a wider customer base while bringing handcrafted Indian clothing into modern wardrobes.

The brand offers Chikankari kurtas, kurta sets, dresses, kaftans, sarees, shirts and other contemporary styles across fabrics including cotton, mulmul, modal, chanderi and muslin. Its approach combines traditional hand embroidery with silhouettes and collections designed for today’s consumers, making the craft relevant beyond its conventional ethnic-wear audience.

Artisan empowerment remains central to House of Chikankari’s business model. The company works directly with artisan communities to support authenticity, quality and more organised access to markets. What began with Chikankari has also expanded into other Indian crafts, including Kashmiri embroidery, Ikat and hand-block printing, through its broader craft-focused initiatives.

The brand gained national visibility after appearing on Shark Tank India in 2023, where the founders secured investment from Aman Gupta and Peyush Bansal. It has since continued building its customer base and expanding its product universe, while maintaining its focus on Indian craftsmanship.

House of Chikankari’s larger ambition is to take regional Indian craft to a wider national and international audience. By combining heritage techniques with contemporary design, digital commerce and an expanding fashion portfolio, the brand is building a modern business around traditional craftsmanship while creating greater visibility and economic opportunity for the artisans behind it.

13. LICIOUS

Category: Food & Meat
Founder: Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta

Licious is an Indian food brand focused on making fresh meat and seafood more convenient to buy, prepare and consume. Founded by Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta, the company built its business around bringing greater consistency, quality and convenience to a category that has traditionally depended on fragmented local supply.

The brand offers a wide range of fresh chicken, mutton, seafood and other meat products, along with ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat options. Its approach combines sourcing, processing, quality control, packaging and delivery, giving Licious greater control over the customer experience from procurement to the kitchen.

A key part of its proposition is convenience. Instead of requiring consumers to visit a local meat shop or manage preparation themselves, Licious provides cleaned, portioned and packaged products that can be ordered through digital channels. This has helped the brand build relevance among urban consumers looking for reliable food products that fit into increasingly busy lifestyles.

Over time, Licious has also expanded its product portfolio beyond basic fresh meat. Ready-to-cook products, marinades and other convenient formats allow the company to participate in more occasions within the home kitchen, while creating opportunities to build a larger food brand around its existing supply and distribution capabilities.

The company’s journey reflects the changing nature of India’s meat and seafood market, where consumers are increasingly seeking consistency, transparency and convenience alongside freshness. Licious is positioned to benefit from this shift by combining its supply-chain capabilities with a consumer-focused brand.

Its next phase is about deepening this relationship with customers through a wider food portfolio, stronger distribution and greater penetration of India’s growing organised meat market.

14. THERRA

Category: Health & Wellness
Founder: Devesh Vishnoi

Founded in 2025 by Devesh Vishnoi, Therra is an Indian health and wellness brand focused on functional, science-backed supplements designed around everyday health and human performance. Its name combines “Therapeutic” and “Terra,” reflecting the brand’s focus on botanical ingredients and the belief that wellness begins with what the body can effectively absorb.

Therra launched with functional mushroom extracts and has expanded into naturally dried botanical powders. The brand has developed an Advanced Botanical Extraction System, a low-temperature, solvent-free approach designed to retain a higher proportion of active plant compounds compared with conventional high-heat processing. Its products are manufactured in a GMP-certified facility and follow HACCP, FSSAI and FDA-registered standards.

Therra has built an early customer base of more than 5,000 people and offers both one-time purchases and subscription plans, giving it multiple ways to build longer-term relationships with wellness consumers.

Its larger ambition extends beyond supplements. Therra is working towards an AI-driven personalised health platform that could combine biomarkers, wearable information and lifestyle patterns to create more individualised health recommendations. With this planned expansion, the company is positioning itself not only as a supplement brand but as an emerging player in India’s personalised wellness market, with an ambition to help millions of Indians take a more active role in managing their health.

15. WIZARD OF HCM

Category: HR Technology Education, Workday HCM Training & Corporate Consulting
Founder: Kalyani Rajesh Ghule and Pawan Singh Bisht

Before Wizard of HCM had a name, it began as a conversation about a problem Kalyani Rajesh Ghule knew too well.

Her entry into Workday followed training that was theoretical, poorly supported and disconnected from real work. It taught terminology, but not how to interpret a requirement, work through a business process, understand security or explain the logic behind a decision.

So she learned differently.

Kalyani built her career across recruitment, HR operations, HRIS, consulting and corporate training. She saw confidence change when professionals stopped memorizing screens and understood why a system worked.

At an event, she met Pawan Singh Bisht. A former Indian Army Technical Officer, retired at the rank of Major, and an enterprise technology architect, Pawan saw opportunity from a different angle. Together, they began exploring how Kalyani’s practice-led teaching could become a company supported by the systems, discipline and learner infrastructure necessary to make it repeatable.Long before Wizard of HCM existed on paper, Kalyani and Pawan were testing demand, refining the learning experience and building the systems behind it. By the time GST compliance became necessary, the work had become a repeatable model. On 20 August 2025, they formally incorporated Wizard of HCM Private Limited.

Kalyani leads the curriculum, live teaching and learner community. Pawan leads strategy, marketing, technology, operations, partnerships and scale. Together, they have built an independent HR-technology education company for professionals turning experience in HR, recruitment, ERP, analytics, testing or technology into credible Workday capability.

Its flagship live programme combines more than 40 hours of instruction over approximately six weeks with tenant practice, assignments, business scenarios and project simulations. The founder-led training journey has reached more than 2,500 professionals and reports learner satisfaction of approximately 4.8 out of 5.

Wizard of HCM is building capacity for its next stage of growth, deepening its Workday Integration learning path across EIB, Studio, APIs and Workday Orchestrate, recruiting specialist trainers, and opening a second office to streamline operations.

The company is built on one belief and that is a career transition does not mean starting from zero. It means learning how to turn what you already know into work that matters.

16. PIXXEL

Category: Space Technology & Earth Observation
Founder: Awais Ahmed and Kshitij Khandelwal

Pixxel is an Indian space technology company building advanced Earth observation satellites and turning satellite imagery into usable intelligence. Founded in 2019 by Awais Ahmed and Kshitij Khandelwal, the Bengaluru-based company specialises in hyperspectral imaging, a technology that captures information across a much wider range of light wavelengths than conventional satellite imagery. This enables organisations to identify changes in crops, minerals, water, vegetation, pollution and other physical characteristics that may not be visible through standard imagery.

Pixxel’s first commercial constellation, Firefly, consists of six hyperspectral satellites designed for high-resolution and high-frequency imaging. All six satellites were launched in 2025 and are now operating in orbit. Alongside its satellite infrastructure, the company has developed Aurora, an Earth observation platform that converts satellite data into insights for applications across agriculture, climate, energy, infrastructure and environmental monitoring.

The company is now moving towards a much larger role in India’s space ecosystem. In January 2026, a Pixxel-led consortium signed an agreement with IN-SPACe to design, build, own and operate India’s first privately led national Earth Observation constellation. The ₹1,200-crore-plus programme will involve 12 satellites using optical, multispectral, SAR and hyperspectral imaging, creating a broader Earth observation system for national and commercial applications.

Its growing capabilities across satellite manufacturing, data collection and analytics indicate a move beyond being a satellite operator towards becoming a full-stack Earth intelligence company.

Its ambition is to make space-based data useful for decisions on Earth, helping organisations identify risks, monitor resources and understand environmental changes with greater precision.

17. MOGLIX

Category: B2B Commerce & Industrial Technology
Founder: Rahul Garg

Moglix is an Indian B2B commerce and industrial technology company focused on simplifying how businesses discover, procure and manage industrial products and supplies. Founded by Rahul Garg, the company has built a digital procurement platform serving businesses across manufacturing, infrastructure, construction, electrical, automotive and other industrial sectors.

Its platform brings together a broad range of industrial products, including tools, safety equipment, electrical supplies, machinery and maintenance products. By bringing fragmented industrial procurement onto a digital platform, Moglix helps businesses improve product discovery, purchasing and supply management while giving suppliers access to a wider customer base.

The company’s role has expanded beyond online product discovery. Its technology and supply-chain capabilities are designed to support different stages of enterprise procurement, from sourcing and order management to fulfilment. This makes Moglix relevant to businesses looking to modernise procurement processes that have traditionally depended heavily on offline networks and multiple intermediaries.

A significant part of Moglix’s opportunity lies in India’s expanding manufacturing and industrial economy. As businesses digitise their procurement functions and seek greater efficiency in sourcing, platforms that can combine product availability, technology and dependable fulfilment have a larger role to play.

Moglix is consequently building towards a broader industrial commerce ecosystem rather than operating simply as an online marketplace. Its continued expansion across product categories, enterprise procurement and supply-chain capabilities reflects an ambition to become a technology-led infrastructure layer for business purchasing. As Indian companies increasingly adopt digital procurement, Moglix is positioned to play a larger role in connecting industrial demand with a more organised and scalable supply network.

18. PORTER

Category: Logistics & Transportation Technology
Founder: Pranav Goel, Uttam Digga and Vikas Choudhary

Porter is an Indian logistics technology company focused on making goods transportation more accessible and efficient for businesses and individuals. Founded in 2014 by Pranav Goel, Uttam Digga and Vikas Choudhary, the company started by addressing the everyday challenge of finding reliable vehicles for intra-city movement and has since developed into a broader logistics platform.

Porter’s services connect customers with a range of transportation options, including two-wheelers, three-wheelers and trucks, depending on the size and nature of a delivery. Its platform enables businesses, retailers and individuals to book vehicles through digital channels, while technology helps coordinate drivers, orders and deliveries.

A major part of Porter’s growth has come from serving small and medium-sized businesses. Local retailers, distributors, e-commerce sellers and other enterprises often need frequent movement of goods but may not have dedicated logistics fleets. Porter provides these businesses with on-demand transportation, helping them manage deliveries without maintaining their own vehicle infrastructure.

The company has also expanded its services beyond short-distance goods movement, building capabilities for longer-distance logistics and intercity transportation. This broader offering allows Porter to participate across more stages of the supply chain while strengthening its relationship with business customers.

Porter’s forward direction reflects the increasing digitisation of India’s logistics sector. As businesses look for faster deliveries, better visibility and flexible transportation capacity, technology-led logistics platforms can play a larger role in organising fragmented demand and supply.

By combining a large driver network with digital booking and logistics management, Porter is evolving from an intra-city delivery platform into a broader technology-enabled transportation business. Its continued expansion across vehicle categories, cities and logistics services will be central to its next stage of growth.

19. THE HOUSE OF RARE

Category: Fashion & Lifestyle
Founder: Vijay Radhamani Poddar

The House of Rare is an Indian fashion and lifestyle company built around contemporary design, premium craftsmanship and a broader approach to modern Indian fashion. Founded by Vijay Radhamani Poddar, the company operates across menswear and womenswear through brands including Rare Rabbit and Rareism, creating a portfolio that addresses different segments of the fashion market.

Rare Rabbit has been central to the group’s growth, establishing a distinctive position in premium menswear through contemporary silhouettes, refined detailing and an emphasis on design. The business has also invested in greater control over its manufacturing and supply chain, allowing it to maintain consistency while developing products at scale.

The House of Rare’s approach extends beyond clothing. Its portfolio strategy allows the group to build brands with distinct identities while sharing capabilities across design, manufacturing, retail and distribution. This provides a foundation for expanding into adjacent categories and reaching a wider consumer base without diluting the positioning of individual brands.

Retail expansion has become an important part of the company’s growth strategy, complementing its digital presence with physical stores across Indian markets. The focus is on creating stronger brand visibility and giving consumers a more complete experience across its fashion portfolio.

The company’s forward direction reflects the evolution of India’s premium fashion market, where homegrown brands are increasingly competing through design, product quality, brand identity and retail experience. By building multiple fashion labels under one larger platform, The House of Rare is positioning itself as a broader Indian fashion business rather than relying on a single brand or category. Its continued expansion across markets, products and consumer segments will shape its next stage of growth.

20. EXPONENT ENERGY

Category: EV Technology & Fast-Charging Infrastructure
Founder: Arun Vinayak and Niranjan Nayak

Exponent Energy is an Indian electric vehicle technology company focused on making charging faster and more practical for commercial electric vehicles. Founded by Arun Vinayak and Niranjan Nayak, the company is developing an integrated charging ecosystem designed to address one of the biggest challenges in EV adoption: charging time and vehicle downtime.

At the centre of Exponent’s technology is its E^PACK battery and E^PUMP charging system, which work together as an integrated energy platform. The company has developed its technology around the ability to charge compatible electric vehicles from zero to 100% in around 15 minutes, enabling commercial vehicles to spend more time operating and less time waiting for energy.

Exponent initially focused on commercial three-wheelers, where high daily utilisation makes charging speed particularly important. Its approach combines battery chemistry, thermal management, charging infrastructure and vehicle integration rather than treating the charger and battery as separate products.

The company is also working towards expanding its technology across a broader range of electric vehicles. By building an energy platform rather than simply selling charging equipment, Exponent aims to influence how electric commercial vehicles are designed, charged and operated.

Its opportunity comes from India’s rapidly expanding commercial EV market, where fleet operators and drivers need dependable vehicles that can operate for long hours. Faster charging can improve vehicle utilisation while reducing the operational disruption associated with conventional charging cycles.

Exponent’s forward direction is therefore centred on making fast charging a practical foundation for commercial electrification. As it expands its technology, charging network and vehicle partnerships, the company is positioning itself as an energy-technology player within India’s EV ecosystem, with the ambition of making electric mobility more efficient for businesses that depend on high vehicle utilisation.

21. WAKEFIT

Category: Home & Furniture
Founder: Ankit Garg and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda

Wakefit began with a relatively focused idea: make better mattresses more accessible to Indian consumers. The company grew by building its own understanding of materials, manufacturing and customer needs rather than relying entirely on the traditional furniture retail model. Its original focus on mattresses has since expanded into a much broader home and furnishing business.

Today, Wakefit sells mattresses, beds, sofas, chairs, wardrobes, study tables, dining furniture, bedding and home décor, making the move from a sleep-focused D2C company to a wider home brand. Its growth has also brought a significant offline expansion, with more than 200 Wakefit stores listed across Indian cities on its current platform.

The company has built a vertically integrated model covering product design, engineering, manufacturing, distribution and customer experience. As of December 2025, Wakefit reported five manufacturing locations, 137 company-owned company-operated stores across 76 cities, and 1,692 multi-brand outlets across 453 cities.

That expansion is what makes Wakefit interesting beyond its mattress business. It is increasingly competing for a much larger share of the Indian home — moving from where people sleep to how they furnish and use their homes.

22. FURJEEVAN

Category: Pet Fashion & Lifestyle
Founder: Malarvannan J

FurJeevan is a Bengaluru-based pet clothing and accessories brand built on a simple observation: most pet fashion is designed to look good in a photo, not to move with the dog wearing it. Founded by Malarvannan J, the brand studies canine and feline movement, fit, and breed-specific proportions before a single design decision is made — with a particular focus on medium and large dogs, a segment most conventional pet fashion brands overlook entirely because they’re harder to fit.

That focus shows up in the range: T-shirts, all-weather jackets, caps, bandanas, ethnic bandanas, and a new ceremonial wear line, engineered specifically for how these breeds are built rather than scaled down from smaller-dog templates. Every product is developed and produced in-house at FurJeevan’s own manufacturing unit in Tiruppur — Made in India isn’t a label on the product, it’s the reason the fit works.

Fabric, construction, and function come first; aesthetics are layered on afterward, not the other way around. It’s a distinction that puts FurJeevan closer to performance-wear thinking than to costume-grade pet fashion — an Indian brand treating a dog’s comfort as an engineering problem, not a styling one.

23. THE MISFITS

Category: Consumer Packaged Food
Founder: Aditi Jhala and Vinita Jhala

The Misfits is an Indian sustainable food brand turning surplus, rejected and cosmetically imperfect fruits and vegetables into packaged foods designed for everyday consumption. Founded by Aditi Jhala and Vinita Jhala, the brand addresses food waste by giving produce that may otherwise be discarded a second use through products such as dips, spreads and snacks.

The company sources directly from farmers and mandis, creating a pathway for produce that does not meet conventional retail standards because of appearance, excess supply or other factors. Instead of treating these ingredients as waste, The Misfits processes them into foods that retain their nutritional and fibre-rich qualities while offering consumers a more conscious alternative within the packaged food category.

Its model connects sustainability with consumer food choices. By using ingredients that would otherwise have limited commercial value, the brand aims to reduce the resources associated with food waste while building products around real ingredients and mindful consumption. Its approach also supports a more circular food system, where agricultural produce can remain useful further along the value chain.

The Misfits has reported rescuing more than 500 kg of vegetables from landfills, saving over 70,000 litres of water and preventing more than 240 kg of greenhouse gas emissions. These outcomes form an important part of the company’s larger sustainability proposition.

As India’s packaged food market expands, The Misfits is building a differentiated position around upcycled food. Its focus on surplus produce, direct sourcing and sustainable product development demonstrates how environmental challenges can become the foundation for new consumer businesses. The brand’s direction is centred on making food waste reduction part of everyday consumption without compromising on taste, convenience or nutrition.

24. STRATIFY BA

Category: Legal Tech, Data Privacy & DPDP Compliance, AI Governance & Compliance Consulting
Founder: Shivani Joshi

Stratify BA is a legal technology and compliance-focused company built around the idea that business analysis should be grounded in specific industry and business requirements. Founded by Shivani Joshi, the company works at the intersection of law, technology and business, helping organisations and professionals translate complex regulatory requirements into practical processes, risk frameworks and implementable solutions.

The company focuses on areas including Legal Business Analysis, data privacy, risk management, compliance and AI governance. Its approach addresses a growing challenge for businesses: understanding not only what a regulation requires, but also how those requirements should be incorporated into everyday business processes, technology systems and organisational decision-making.

Stratify BA also works to bridge the gap between traditional legal education and the practical capabilities required in technology-driven businesses. Its programmes are designed to help professionals understand how legal and regulatory knowledge can be applied within business and technology environments, creating skills that extend beyond theoretical understanding.

This practical approach has also led to the development of Consentify, a DPDP compliance platform designed to support organisations in addressing data privacy requirements. The platform adds a technology layer to Stratify BA’s broader compliance practice, connecting regulatory knowledge with tools that can support implementation.

As data protection, AI governance and regulatory compliance become increasingly important for businesses, Stratify BA is building around a growing need for professionals and organisations that can navigate these overlapping areas. Its combination of specialised education, compliance consulting and technology-led solutions positions the company to develop into a broader legal technology and governance platform.

25. ARTH EXPLORATIVE JOURNEYS

Category: Bespoke Travel
Founder: Meghana Sajan and Tejashri Simha

Arth Explorative Journeys is a boutique travel studio creating bespoke private journeys across India and international destinations. Founded by Meghana Sajan and Tejashri Simha, the company approaches travel with the understanding that the same destination can offer very different experiences depending on the person travelling, their interests and the way they want to explore.

Arth designs journeys across a wide range of travel styles, including cultural experiences, festivals, wildlife, adventure and slow travel. Its journeys are created for couples, families, multi-generational groups and travellers pursuing specific interests, allowing the experience to be shaped around the traveller rather than a fixed package.

The studio’s approach begins with understanding the traveller and then looking at a destination through that perspective. Instead of simply adapting a standard itinerary, Arth brings together destinations, experiences and moments that fit the individual’s interests, pace and expectations. This allows a familiar destination to be experienced differently and gives lesser-known places room to become part of a more personal journey.

Local knowledge is another important part of its offering. While the journeys are bespoke, the planning is grounded in an understanding of destinations, helping travellers discover places and experiences that feel considered rather than simply customised.

Arth Explorative Journeys is building its proposition around a more personal interpretation of travel, where the value lies not only in where someone goes but in how they experience it. Whether creating a private journey through India or planning an international exploration, the studio aims to make each itinerary feel distinct to the traveller. Its focus on personalised experiences, thoughtful planning and destination perspective positions Arth within the growing space for experiential and bespoke travel.

This approach positions supplementation as a more structured part of individual health management, with products developed around specific needs rather than broader lifestyle trends.

Alongside targeted supplement bundles, AutoimmunityCare provides clinical consultations that help individuals understand which supplements may be appropriate for their specific health concerns. The combination of formulations and expert guidance gives the brand a more personalised approach to nutrition, bringing together product selection and professional consultation.

28. SNABBIT

Category: Home Services
Founder: Aayush Agarwal

Snabbit is building a technology-enabled home services platform focused on making everyday household tasks faster and more convenient. The company started with a simple proposition: instead of booking domestic help in advance or relying on informal arrangements, customers can request trained professionals for routine household chores when they need them.

Its service model covers tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, laundry and other recurring household requirements, with bookings designed around shorter, on-demand time slots. This approach brings greater structure to a traditionally fragmented home-services market, where availability, reliability and consistency have often been difficult to manage.

Snabbit has been expanding its service footprint while building a network of trained service professionals and standardised operating processes. The platform’s technology layer helps coordinate customer bookings, professional availability and service delivery, allowing the company to operate home assistance more like an organised service business than an informal arrangement.

As demand grows for convenient household services in urban India, Snabbit is using an on-demand model to create a more predictable experience for both customers and service professionals. Its expansion reflects a broader opportunity to organise everyday domestic work through technology, standardisation and a scalable service network.

Founder: Manuj Terapanthi and Shubhangi Terapanthi

Its collection focuses on everyday essentials for the bedroom and bathroom, including bedsheets, bedding sets, blankets, throws, towels, bathrobes and related accessories.

The brand’s proposition centres on using GOTS-certified organic cotton and working with Fair Trade-certified production partners. Rather than building a large catalogue around frequent trends, Texaura follows a more curated approach, releasing limited collections that combine understated design with functional materials and craftsmanship. Its products use long-staple cotton yarns and a sateen weave, with an emphasis on softness, breathability and durability.

Texaura is also drawing on Jaipur’s textile and craft heritage, incorporating techniques such as hand-block printing into selected collections while working with skilled artisans and production partners. The company is positioning its products at the intersection of sleep wellness, sustainable living and contemporary home design.

With its focus on certified materials, ethical production and a tightly curated product portfolio, Texaura is taking a considered approach to building a modern Indian home-textile brand with ambitions beyond the conventional bedsheet and furnishing market.

32. CUMIN CO.

Category: Cookware & Kitchenware
Founder: Niharika Joshi and Udit Lekhi

Cumin Co. is a young Indian kitchenware brand focused on rethinking what everyday cookware can look like, particularly for consumers becoming more conscious about the materials they use in their kitchens. Founded by Niharika Joshi and Udit Lekhi, the brand emerged from the founders’ own search for cookware that combined health considerations, durability and ease of use without compromising on design.

Its core portfolio is built around enamel-coated cast iron cookware, including tawas, kadhais, skillets, Dutch ovens, saucepans and other cooking essentials. The company has developed proprietary enamel-coating technology and positions its products as alternatives to conventional synthetic-coated cookware. Its range has also expanded into bakeware, serveware, food storage and kitchen accessories, moving the business beyond a single cookware category.

Product development is central to Cumin Co.’s approach. The company says its products are developed around real kitchen requirements, with prototyping, engineering and testing forming part of the process before products reach consumers. It also uses recycled materials and plastic-free packaging across its sustainability efforts.

In August 2025, Cumin Co. raised $1.5 million in its first institutional funding round, with the capital earmarked toward scaling enamel-based manufacturing in India and strengthening its supply chain. By 2026, the company had expanded its presence to more than 30,000 households and was building toward a broader kitchen ecosystem

It also develops customised machines and complete turnkey processing lines when standard catalogue equipment does not fit a manufacturer’s product or production requirements.

35. THE INDUS VALLEY

Category: Healthy Cookware & Kitchenware
Founder: Madhumitha Uday Kumar and Jagadeesh Kumar

The Indus Valley was founded in 2016 after a kitchen mishap involving plastic cookware prompted Madhumitha Uday Kumar and Jagadeesh Kumar to look for safer alternatives for everyday cooking. Unable to find accessible cookware that matched their expectations around materials and safety, the couple set out to build a dedicated healthy cookware brand.

The company develops cookware using materials such as cast iron, iron, tri-ply and tri-steel stainless steel, wood and clay, with its product range spanning tawas, kadhais, skillets, grill pans, saucepans, paniyaram pans, steamers, idli makers and other kitchen essentials. The brand’s proposition is built around combining traditional cookware materials with contemporary product design and manufacturing.

The Indus Valley has grown from an online-first cookware business into an omnichannel brand, with products available through its own website, major marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms and retail outlets. The company currently states that it has more than 20 lakh customers, serves over 15,000 pin codes and offers more than 300 products.

Product development remains central to its expansion. 39. OPTYMATCH

Category: HR Technology & AI Recruitment
Founder: Rajat Vashishta

Optymatch.ai is redefining how organizations discover and engage talent by solving one of recruitment’s most persistent challenges: accurately matching resumes to job requirements at scale. While traditional applicant tracking systems rely onrigid keyword filters that miss qualified candidates and surface irrelevant ones, Optymatch uses intelligent matching technology to evaluate candidates against job descriptions with genuine precision — going beyond surface-level keyword overlap to assess truefit.

At the core of the platform is a ranking engine that surfaces the best-suited candidates from an organization’s internal database against any open requisition, scoring each on parameters such as readiness and skill match. This gives HR teams and recruitersa clear, data-backed shortlist instead of a pile of unranked applications, dramatically cutting down the time spent manually screening resumes.

Optymatch goes a step further by tackling another major bottleneck in the hiring funnel: the first-round screening call. The platform includes a voice AI agent that proactively calls shortlisted candidates to handle intent-based screening — gauging interestin the role, willingness to relocate, and salary expectations — without requiring a recruiter to make dozens of manual calls. This frees HR teams to focus their time on candidates who are genuinely ready to move forward, while ensuring no strong candidatefalls through the cracks due to scheduling or bandwidth constraints.

Together, these capabilities allow Optymatch to compress the early stages of recruitment — sourcing, shortlisting, and initial screening — into a faster, more accurate, and more consistent process. Organizations using the platform benefit from higher-qualityshortlists, reduced time-to-hire, and a recruiter experience that is far less manual and far more focused on decision-making rather than data-sifting.

By combining precise resume-to-JD matching with automated, intelligent candidate outreach, Optymatch.ai represents a meaningful step forward in making recruitment technology genuinely useful — not just for job boards and ATS platforms, but for the HR teamsand organizations trying to hire better, faster, and smarter.

40. KHOOB

Category: Beauty and Personal Care
Founder: Divyeta Goel

Khoob began with something noticed rather than researched. Across two decades of work and years spent inside communities across the country — co-founder Divyeta Goel kept meeting the same woman. Careful about what she ate, wore and believed. And standing in a beauty aisle that had never once been built with her in mind.

India has over 200 million Muslim consumers. Almost none of the beauty sold to them was made for them.

Khoob was founded to close that gap, by Divyeta Goel and Aditya Goel, whose career runs through the personal care category at Godrej and Reckitt before he founded retail execution business Love In Store.

Before formulating anything, the company went back to that consumer and asked. Focus groups across four cities returned an unambiguous answer: 85% reportedno access to premium halal personal care, and 92% named certification clarity as their first purchase trigger. But the sharpest finding was what they rejected — products that used faith as a substitute for quality. This consumer wants performance. She simplyrefuses to trade her values for it.

khoob is a halal-certified beauty and personal care brand that launches in September 2026. The name means beautiful, good, and abundant — the belief that noone should have to subtract a part of themselves to have it all.

42. Karmic Beauty

Category: SkinCare & HairCare
Founder: Vaibhav Mittal and Komal Mittal

Co-founded by Vaibhav Mittal and Komal Mittal, Karmic Beauty began with a question that challenged the way skincare had always been done: what if we stopped formulating only for visible results and started formulating for the skin we want to have years from now?

That question became the foundation of The Lab of Skin Longevity™, our scientific think tank bringing together dermatology expertise, formulation science and longevity research to understand how skin ages and formulate for that.

For Karmic Beauty, this means looking beyond the latest trending ingredient and formulating for the biology underneath. We call it moving from an ingredient economy to a biology economy. Skin is our largest organ. It is living, constantly changing and remembers everything we put it through: sun, pollution, stress, inflammation and time. Because no single pathway determines how skin ages, our formulations are designed to work across multiple pathways together.

This has shaped our Skin Longevity and Scalp Longevity ranges, where every formulation is designed around the biology of the concern rather than a single hero ingredient. Our patent-applied Longéve Blend™ brings together five plant-derived ingredients designed to support skin barrier, hydration, elasticity and collagen renewal together.

We take pride in our formulations but perhaps more in what we leave out. We use nature-derived bioactives where they offer a meaningful benefit, avoid unnecessary formulation load and make considered choices about every ingredient. Where silicones are required, we use EU-compliant silicones. We also consider what happens after a product leaves your bathroom, using recyclable materials and PCR packaging where possible.

Karmic Beauty is not asking women to fight ageing. We want to give them the knowledge to understand their skin, the science to care for it and the confidence to embrace ageing gracefully, while helping their skin remain healthy, resilient

43. KRPA

Category:  Fashion / Contemporary Streetwear
Founder:  Raksha Das

KRPA is an Indian contemporary fashion brand creating everyday clothing with a focus on comfort, versatility and conscious production. Founded by Raksha Das, the brand brings together relaxed silhouettes, modern essentials and expressive graphics to create pieces that fit naturally into the way younger consumers dress today.

KRPA’s proposition is simple: clothing should be easy to wear, easy to style and relevant beyond a single trend cycle. Its collections span oversized and relaxed-fit T-shirts, graphic tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, bottoms, crop tops, tank tops and other wardrobe essentials for men and women. The brand also offers accessories such as tote bags, extending its approach to practical, everyday fashion.

A defining part of KRPA’s business model is its made-to-order approach. Rather than producing large quantities in anticipation of demand, pieces are made when customers place an order. This model allows KRPA to take a more considered approach to inventory while aligning production more closely with actual consumer demand. The brand also highlights its Made in India and conscious positioning as part of its identity.

Beyond individual products, KRPA is building a brand around the idea that contemporary fashion does not have to mean constant consumption. Its approach combines comfortable fits, versatile basics and statement-led designs, giving customers the freedom to create personal styles without relying entirely on rapidly changing trends.

With a digital-first presence and an evolving product range, KRPA is positioning itself within India’s growing contemporary fashion and streetwear landscape. The brand’s focus remains on creating accessible, wearable clothing that feels current while encouraging a more thoughtful relationship with what people buy, wear and keep. As KRPA grows, it continues to build its proposition around the intersection of everyday style, comfort, conscious production and modern consumer behavior. The result is a brand designed for everyday wardrobes, evolving alongside its community.

Xross Button is an Indian menswear brand built on a simple idea: make fashion easier for men to understand, wear and make their own. Founded in 2018, the brand has evolved with a clear focus on contemporary menswear that brings together style, comfort, versatility and everyday practicality.
The brand was shaped by an understanding of how men shop for clothing — often looking for the right fit, the right style and the confidence with the standard ratio, that what they choose will work for them. XROSS BUTTON approaches menswear with this in mind, creating collections that make everyday dressing more straightforward without taking away from individuality. Its range includes from contemporary style to other menswear designed for different moments, from everyday casual dressing to more refined occasions.

At the heart of XROSS BUTTON is the belief that fashion is personal. The brand encourages customers to explore their individuality rather than simply follow trends, reflected in its philosophy: “Xplore your X-factor.” This idea extends beyond the clothing itself to how the brand approaches product, presentation, and customer experience.

With roots in Bengaluru, founder Nikesh Jain and his co-founders have grown XROSS BUTTON from a neighbourhood menswear business into a brand with an expanding physical retail presence. Its stores are becoming important touchpoints for customers to discover the collections, experience the brand and find styles that suit them. The brand is continuing to expand into new cities and markets, strengthening its retail footprint while building closer connections with customers.

As XROSS BUTTON moves forward, its ambition is to build a recognisable Indian menswear brand that makes personal style more accessible and enjoyable. Its journey is not simply about adding products or stores, but about creating a brand that helps every customer discover and confidently express their own X-factor

Anuna Labs: Replacing Silver with Copper to Power the Next Century of Electronics

Every solar panel, printed circuit, and touchscreen relies on a hidden ingredient: silver. As one of the world’s most expensive and supply-constrained metals, silver has quietly become a bottleneck for the industries building our clean-energy and electronics future. In fact, solar has become one of the fastest-growing consumers of the metal, tying the economics of the energy transition to a volatile, finite resource. Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup Anuna Labs is solving this at the core material level.

Anuna Labs develops air-stable copper nanoparticle inks and pastes engineered as a drop-in replacement for silver in electronics manufacturing. Copper is abundant, orders of magnitude cheaper than silver, and an outstanding conductor but it oxidizes easily, which has long kept it out of high-performance applications. Anuna Labs’ breakthrough is a proprietary oxidation-control synthesis platform that lets its copper sinter in ambient air, with no inert gases or specialized equipment. The outcome is silver-grade performance at a copper-grade cost, compatible with manufacturers’ existing production lines.

Anuna Labs recovers its copper from electronic waste instead of mining and displaces silver, a metal roughly 100x more carbon-intensive to produce. The result is a conductor that is cheaper, circular, and dramatically lower in embodied emissions. The technology spans some of the highest-value frontiers in hardware: solar cell metallization, printed and flexible electronics, automotive glass, semiconductor packaging, and space and defense systems. Each is a market where cost, conductivity, and supply resilience directly shape competitiveness.

Founded by Raghav Khandelwal, Anuna is building from India for a global market, running pilots across solar and electronics manufacturers and advancing partnerships with leading industrial players. Its ambition is simple but significant: to make copper the default conductor of modern electronics cutting costs, de-risking supply chains, and making the technologies of the next century more sustainable and accessible.

47. HUMANBOX

Category: FASHION ACCESSORIES
Founder:  NABHAY

Human Box is a contemporary accessories brand built around a simple idea: personal style should feel effortless, expressive and accessible. The brand creates bold yet wearable jewellery and accessories designed for people who want to elevate everyday outfits without overcomplicating them.

With a focus on statement-driven design, Human Box explores pieces that sit between minimal and bold — from chains and bracelets to rings and other everyday accessories. Its aesthetic is rooted in clean silhouettes, darker tones and versatile designs that can move easily between casual, streetwear and everyday styling.

The brand’s proposition is built around making accessories easier to wear. Rather than positioning jewellery as something reserved for specific occasions or fashion-forward audiences, Human Box approaches accessories as an everyday extension of personal identity. Its products are designed to add character to an outfit while remaining practical enough to become part of a regular wardrobe.

Human Box operates across major Indian marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho, while building its own digital brand presence through its website www.humanbox.in
and social platforms. This marketplace-led approach allows the brand to reach customers across different segments while continuing to develop recognition around its distinctive product language.

Nabhay & his co-founder believe that bold style does not have to mean excessive style. The brand aims to create accessories that make a noticeable difference without demanding attention — pieces that complement the individual rather than overpower them.

As Human Box continues to expand its product range and strengthen its presence in the Indian fashion accessories market, the brand is focused on building a recognizable identity around accessible, contemporary and expressive design.
Human Box — Elevate your everyday.

Founder: Umadevi Achari

The Creation Club, founded by Umadevi Achari, is a personal development and leadership platform focused on helping individuals, organisations and communities move from living by default to creating life with greater intention. Its work centres on the idea that purpose is not simply something to discover, but something that can be consciously developed and lived through practice.

The platform brings together personal growth, leadership development and emotional and spiritual well-being, creating a space for people to examine their choices, beliefs and patterns while building the inner capacities required to act on what matters to them. The Creation Club describes this process as an emotional and spiritual gym, where qualities needed for purposeful living are developed through practice, much like physical strength is built through training.

Its approach extends beyond motivational thinking or imagining a better future. The focus is on developing the structures, awareness and capabilities that can support a consciously chosen way of living over time. This makes the platform relevant not only to individuals but also to organisations and communities seeking more purposeful ways of working and leading.

The Moves Worth Watching

India’s next phase of business growth is not being built in one sector or by one kind of company. It is happening across factories, kitchens, laboratories, warehouses, homes and digital platforms.

What stands out across these 50 businesses is the willingness to build beyond what already works — whether that means taking a familiar product into a new market, bringing technology into an old industry, developing in-house capabilities or creating an entirely new category.

Not every move will have the same outcome. But each one adds something to the larger picture of how Indian businesses are evolving.

And that is what makes this moment interesting: the opportunity is no longer limited to the obvious sectors or the obvious names. There are businesses being built everywhere and many of them are only getting started.
